Phelan Hill MBE

GB Coxswain

Three-time world champion and Olympic gold medallist. Won bronze in London 2012, M8+ event, before taking gold at Rio in 2016 M8+.

Graduated from University of Leicester with Law LLB in 2001.

Lauren Henry

GB Rower

As a current member of our club, Lauren recently won the spring 2023 Senior & U23 trials. She's solidified her bow seat in the GB W4x setting a new British record time in the W4x at the World Cup II in Varese, Italy! Lauren has competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics where her crew was the first woman's quad in British history to win gold.
